Q1. How many videos can I access in the Bonsai-U Library?

A1. Currently, there are over 400 bonsai tutorial videos and Q&A sessions in the library.  Regardless of which plan you choose, you will have access to all of the past, present and future bonsai demos, so long as you are a member.

Q2. How long is each bonsai tutorial and live Q&A?

A2. Each bonsai demo is approximately 45 minutes to 1.5 hours long, and each live Q&A session is approximately 1 hour.  We also do an additional pre-recorded Q&A session each month, wherein members can submit photos of their trees for critique (for premium members only).  These usually run 45 minutes to 1 hour each.

Q3. Are the live Q&A sessions recorded so I can rewatch them late?

A3. Yes, all of the live sessions are recorded and uploaded to the Bonsai-U library, so you can access them at anytime you like.

Q4. When are the new bonsai demos released?

A4. New bonsai tutorials and demos are released every other week.  You can access them directly after logging into your account.

Q5. When are the live Q&A sessions held?

A5. The live Q&A sessions are held every second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 8pm EST.  You can access the live Q&A sessions directly after logging into your account at the specified time (live streaming and question submission reserved for premium members only).

Q6. Can I still submit questions even if I can't attend the live Q&A session due to scheduling/time zone issues?

A6. Yes, you can submit questions anytime during the week via a form on your membership account page.  Bjorn will then answer them in a separate pre-recorded Q&A session (for premium members only).

Q7. Can I cancel my membership anytime?

A7. Yes, you can cancel anytime.  But keep in mind that you will not be refunded for the remaining duration of your subscription.  For example, if you choose the yearly membership and cancel six months in, you will not receive a refund for the remaining six month period.  This is also the case for the monthly membership.
